摘要
对贵溪、金溪两地马尾松毛虫种群进行毒力测定和多功能氧化酶测定,结果表明马尾松毛虫幼虫体内MFO酶细胞色素P450含量随龄期增加而提高,不同组织中中肠细胞色素P450含量最高,脂肪体次之,体壁含量最低。比较2种群对两种拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂的耐药性水平和体内MFO酶细胞色素P450含量,耐药性水平高的贵溪马尾松毛虫种群其体内MFO酶细胞色素P450含量亦高。
Two populations of Dendrolimus punctatus were tested by the methods of bioassay and biochemistry in this study. The results showed that the activity of cytochrome P450 of Mixed - Function Oxidases (MFO) increased as the instar larvae of Dendrolimus punctatus developed. In different tissues, the activity of cytochrome P450 of MFO in gut microsomes was the highest, in fat body microsmes second, in integument microsmes the lowest.' The activity of cytochrome P450 was higer in the pyrethroid - tolerance population of Dendrolimus punctatus in Guixi compared with the pyrethroid - sensitivity population of Dendrolimus punctatus in Jinxi, Jiangxi Province.
