多杀性巴氏杆菌的分离和PCR鉴定 被引量:13

摘要 从甘肃省某县一猪场病死猪剖解肺部分离,经过涂片镜检观察,为革兰氏染色为阴性的球杆菌,经过生化试验鉴定初步定为多杀性巴氏杆菌。设计1对引物进行PCR扩增、克隆之后,送往大连宝生物公司测序,测序结果运用BLAST软件比对,与多杀性巴氏杆菌同源性为100%。对分离株进行药敏试验,其对青霉素、链霉素、四环素等抗生素和磺胺类药物敏感。 A strain of Gram - negative bacillus was isolated from lung of pigs from a county in Gansu. The isolate was identified as Pasteurella multocida based on biochemical characteristics. A pair primer were designed and amplificated by PCR, the PCR products were cloned and then sequenced. The results of sequencing was contrasted by BLAST software. The sequence of the PCR products shared 100% homology with Pasteurella multocida reference strain. The results of drug sensitive test showed that the strain was sensitive to PCN,STM, TCN and sulfonamides.
