基于1.25Gb/s高速光通信系统的预算和仿真

摘要 在高速光收发模块中,光纤的选取和系统性能的预算是模块性能参数设计、实现的关键环节,这样可以尽最大可能减少波导色散、脉冲展宽所带来的误码率(BER)、灵敏度等方面的影响。文章将通过对时间预算、功率预算、接收机灵敏度的特性分析,使得光收发模块在器件选择和系统设计上达到最优化。 In high-speed optical transceiver modules, fiber selection and beforehand calculation for system performance is the crucial link in modular parameters design and realization. It can greatly reduce the impact on BER and sensitivity, which is caused by waveguide dispersion and Pulse Widen. This paper analyzed the receiver sensitivity, Rise-time budget and Power budget, so as to optimize the system design and device selection in optical transceiver modules.
