摘要
用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法测定了4台介质损耗值较大的变压器油中主要金属元素的含量,用傅里叶变换红外光谱分析了油中芳烃含量和化合物结构,用细菌培养和革兰氏染色测定了油中存在细菌的数量和特性。采用WXD—02型高效吸附剂对介损较大的变压器油进行了吸附处理。试验结果表明,铜、铝和铁等金属元素含量较高是油介损增大的主要原因。
This paper shows that ICP spectrometric analysis is capable of rapidly monitoring or metal content in used transformer oil samples. FT-IR spectrometric analysis was used to monitor aromatic hydrocarbon levels in the oils. Bacteria in the oils were observed in a cultrue dish. Used oils were treatmented with a high-performence adsorbent. It was showed that high dielectric loss is due to high levels of metal elements.
