摘要
随着网络的增大,过去深圳10kV配网中性点不接地运行,变电设备事故频繁。10kV网络中性点经16Ω电阻接地后,变电站10kV单相接地避免发展成变压器出口的三相短路,配网过电压水平大大降低,10kV设备,特别是变压器运行的可靠性大大提高。
In the past, neutral operated in non-grounding manner in 10kV power distribution system, with the increasing of the system, the power equipment failure happened frequently. After neutral is grounded through 16Ω resistance, the growth of 10kV single-phase grounding failure in substation is avoid, the three-phase short-circut failure of transformer output and the system overvoltage level are greatly decreased, 10kV equipment, especially transformer's operation reliability is greatly increased.
