浅论党员主体地位的保障和实现

On the guarantee and realization of the the principal position of party members

党员是党的根本,是党的工作、事业及党的建设的主体,在党内生活中具有主体地位。但在目前我们党的建设和党的日常生活中,党员主体地位尚未真正确立,党员的主体作用也未充分得到发挥。因此,必须进一步创新党建理论,消除一些不合时宜的观念,创立以维护党员的主体地位为核心、以保障党员权利为基础的发展党内民主的新制度、新机制,开创党内民主新局面。

Party members are the base of the Party,the subject of the cause and the construction work of the Party. However, in the daily construction and work of our Party, it is obvious that the main role of the Party members hasn＇t been fully and completely played. As a result, we must see the urgency and importance that it is high time to innovate the Party＇s building theories, abandon those concepts and stereotypes which are our of date, and to establish the new system which aims to preserve the vital position of the Party members as well as their rights on the democracy in the Party. Only by those means can we make remarkable progress in our inner--party democracy.
