研究生对思想政治教育重要性、现状和实效性的主体认知,是高校加强和改进研究生思想政治教育工作的基础和前提。从研究生对高校思想政治教育的认知结果来看,当前高校研究生思想政治与道德素质现状与高校创新人才培养要求还有一定的距离。因此,学校应转变工作观念,高度重视并统筹规划研究生思想政治教育工作。同时,还要积极推进研究生社会实践工作,重视研究生心理健康教育工作,加强研究生党、团组织建设和中国特色社会主义理论教育,开展积极向上的科技、文体活动等,以切实提高研究生思想政治教育的实效性。

Postgraduate＇s subject cognitive about the importance, current situation, substantial results of thoughts and political educations is the base and premise which enhances the education work of postgraduate＇s thoughts and political. But the positive research proves that distance exists between the current of postgraduate＇s thoughts and political and the require of creative personnel training in university. Therefore, work idea should be transform. The thoughts and political work of postgraduate should be attended and planned. On the same with, social practice should be advanced. Postgraduate＇s mentality health education should be attended. Postgraduate＇s party, group building and theory education about Chinese characteristic socialist should be carried on. Positive activity of technology and culture should be carried on. Through these measures, postgraduate education substantial results of thoughts and political can be improved really.
