The Innovative Study of Constructing Harmonious Campus and Trade Union in Universities under New Situation

校园和谐是建立在教师、学生、学校三方和谐的基础上的。在构建和谐校园这个新形势下,高校工会组织要在深刻把握工会基本职能的前提下,努力在思想观念、组织架构、干部素质和活动内容方面开拓创新,以教师为工作重心,根据不同员工的实际诉求,解决教职工的实际问题,在工作中体现出人文关怀。同时,工会组织还要努力为教师和学生创造舒适优雅的校园环境,保障教育教学秩序稳定,以实际行动促进和谐校园建设。

Campus harmony is on the basis of the harmonious relationship between teaching staff, students and the authority. Under the new situation of constructing harmonious campus, the Trade Union of universities should, on presupposition of mastering the basic functions of Trade Union, try every effort to innovate on ideology, framework, cadre＇s quality and activity contents, to focus on the teaching staff and solve their practical problems according to their own appeal, and to embody the human care for them. Meanwhile, Trade Union should try to create a comfortable atmosphere for teachers and students and to ensure the stable teaching order so as to promote building the harmonious campus.
