A New Configuration A-O Q-switch Laser

摘要 为了提高声光调Q输出脉冲的重复率;通过分析影响脉冲输出特性的因素,提出了采用新颖的掠入射方式、线泵浦源侧面泵浦的特殊谐振腔结构,在泵浦功率50W时,实现了重复频率500kHz、脉冲宽度76.82ns的高重复频率激光脉冲输出.结果表明,缩短脉冲建立时间,提高泵浦功率,可以有效地提高声光调Q激光器的重复频率. The novelty grazing incidence and unique linear side-pumped stule and special cavity scheme was devised based on the influencing factor of the output pulse characteristic. Pulse of the repetition rate 500 kHz and pulse width 76.82 ns were obtained. The results show that shore pulse buid-up time and high pumped power can improve the repetition rate of A-O Q-switch laser.
