摘要
比较了轧钢加热炉中以提高生产率为设计核心的"极限加热工艺"与以保证加热质量为设计核心的"平衡加热工艺"在炉温制度上的不同,深入分析了在前一理念下设计出来的加热炉存在的缺陷,指出在后一新理念下设计出的加热炉,不但为加热炉的运行留出足够的调节空间,也大大提高了加热炉对不同加热工艺的适应性,可以大幅度降低加热炉的事故率。
The paper makes a comparison about the furnace temperature condition between "limit heating technology" which takes improving productivity as its core design and "balance of heating technology" which takes ensuring the heating quality as its core design , deep analysis the defects of the roiling furnace designed under the former idea, and pointed out that the roiling furnace , which is designed under the later new design concept, not only leave enough room for adjustment of the furnace operation , but also greatly enhance adaptation of the rolling furnace to different heating technology so as to significantly reduce the accident rate .
