The paper makes a comparison about the furnace temperature condition between ＂limit heating technology＂ which takes improving productivity as its core design and ＂balance of heating technology＂ which takes ensuring the heating quality as its core design , deep analysis the defects of the roiling furnace designed under the former idea, and pointed out that the roiling furnace , which is designed under the later new design concept, not only leave enough room for adjustment of the furnace operation , but also greatly enhance adaptation of the rolling furnace to different heating technology so as to significantly reduce the accident rate .
