二元配合物RE(HL)2ClO4与DNA作用的光谱研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究合成的3种稀土(Pr,Sm,Dy)同水杨醛-1H-苯并三唑乙酰腙(C15H13N5O2,简称SBTH,以下用H2L表示)的配合物与小牛胸腺DNA作用机理。方法吸收光谱和荧光光谱。结果配合物的紫外吸收峰随着DNA浓度的增大而发生减色效应、荧光吸收峰逐渐增高,加入DNA后,配合物Pr(HL)2ClO4和Sm(HL)2ClO4的荧光猝灭曲线均变为直线,而Dy(HL)2ClO4的仍为曲线。结论配合物Pr(HL)2ClO4和Sm(HL)2ClO4与DNA主要是以插入式结合,而配合物Dy(HL)2ClO4与DNA是部分以插入式结合,并伴随有静电式结合。 Aim To study the mechanism of the interaction between three complexes of salicylaldehyde-1H-benzotriazol acetyl hydrazone with rare earth and calf thymus DNA. Methods Using electronic absorption and fluorescence spectrometry. Results With increasing concentration of DNA, the complexes show absorption hypochromicity and fluorescence enhancement. The emission quenching curves of Pr( HL)2ClO4 and Sm( HL)2ClO4 become beeline after adding CT-DNA, however, Dy(HL)2ClO4 is a curve all the same. Conclusion The complexes of Pr (HL)2ClO4and Sm (HL)2ClO4 possibly are bound to calf thymus DNA mainly by intercalation, while Dy (HL) 2 ClO4complexe interacts with calf thymus DNA by part intercalation and electrostatic effection.
