摘要
目的根据陕西省水环境容量的现状,研究准确计算陕西省水环境自净容量的方法。方法以陕西省为例,在不同设计流量下,通过计算自产水资源的自净容量及客水自净容量两种方法,计算水环境自净容量。结果陕西省水环境容量(COD)采用自产水自净容量计算其结果比综合考虑自产水和容水自净容量大4倍以上。结论经过比较计算,采用自产水资源作为基础,不考虑客水自净容量,计算水环境的稀释容量及自净容量的方法较为合理并符合实际情况,以此方法控制和分配水环境容量,可有效控制和改善当前河流下游污染严重的状况。
Aim In order to calculate water capacity. Methods Take Shaanxi Province as an example at different flows, calculate water capacity by considering or unconsidering the self-purification capacity of traveling water. Resuits Calculating the water capacity (COD) of Shaanxi Province by uncosidering the self-purification capacity of trareling water, the result was four times bigger than that of by cosidering the self-purification capacity of trareling water. Conclusion On the basis of the water resources producing by itself, to calculate the diluents or self-purification capacity of water was more reasonable and more useful to prevent the pollution in lower reaches of a river.
