随着职业生涯规划理论的引入及发展,我国高等院校对大学生的职业生涯规划教育得到相应的重视和发展。着眼于职业技术学院大学生的职业生涯规划教育的意义、现状及发展进行探讨,为高职院校开展学生职业生涯规划教育提供一点有益的参考。

Along with the introduction and development of the theory of career planning, Chinese colleges have paid more corresponding attention to the career planning education. This article focuses on the significance, present situation and development of the career planning education in vocational and technical colleges, which provides useful reference for the others.
