文化发展既是社会主义新农村建设的内在要求,也是实现新农村全面协调发展的重要着力点。近年来,各地农村文化建设虽然取得不少成就,但还存在诸多问题和偏差,只有进一步提高思想认识、激发参与热情、完善服务体系、创新各项机制、培育文化产业,才能如期实现建设社会主义新农村的战略目标。

Although we have made many achievements in the rural cultural construction, but there are still many problems and deviations in recent years. Only further to improve thinking and understanding, to stimulate enthusiasm for participation, to improve the service system, to innovate mechanisms and to foster the cultural industry, can we achieve strategic objectives of the new rural area cultural construction.
