摘要
采用山西省1977—1999年的自然灾害史料，对全省旱灾进行了全面的分析，以加深对干旱灾害的认识，进一步趋利避害，提供防灾减灾合理化建议与对策。
Based on historical record of natural disaster in shanxi from 1977 to 1999, an overall approach to drought disasterin Shanxi was conducted on the purpose to make gains and to avoid losses ,and suggestion put forward to avoid and to alleviate disaster.
