加快岩溶地区草地建设步伐 实现草食畜牧业发展和石漠化治理双赢

Improve the grassland construction and achieve the herbivorous animal husbandry developing and rock desertification control

在《岩溶地区石漠化综合治理规划大纲(2006-2015年)》的基础上,从岩溶地区石漠化治理措施、治理环节、治理模式3个方面介绍了岩溶地区草地建设和发展畜牧业的丰富经验;阐述了草地建设和发展畜牧业的目标任务、技术途径和投资标准;提出加强组织领导、密切部门协作,加强项目管理、确保试点成效,落实草原法规、推进承包经营,强化项目监测、开展效益评价等是草地综合治理试点应落实的几项工作。

Based on ＂The comprehensive management framework for solving rock desertification in Karst area （2006-2015）＂, we summarize the experiences for the grassland construction and animal husbandry developing in Karst area from three aspects including the control measures, the control process and the control model. We expatiate the objectives and tasks, technical means and investment standard, and bring forward several key components, such as organizational leadership improvement and close coordination among various departments, in order to strengthen project management, ensure the effectiveness of the pilot, implement grassland laws and regulations, promote the contract operations, strengthen project monitoring and benefit evaluation.
