摘要 采用树脂结合剂金刚石砂轮和陶瓷结合剂CBN砂轮,对TC4钛合金进行了超高速磨削工艺试验,对磨削后砂轮及工件表面形貌进行了观测.研究了砂轮线速度、工作台速度、磨削深度等磨削参数对磨削力、表面粗糙度等的影响情况.结果表明,TC4钛合金在超高速磨削条件下的加工效率和表面品质获得了明显提高. Process tests of TCA titanium alloy in ultra- high speed grinding were conducted by using resin bond diamond wheel and ceramic bond CBN wheel. The grinding force was measured, and the ground surface of wheels and work pieces were observed. The effects of the grinding parameters on grinding force and surface roughness were also discussed. The experiment results revealed that the grinding efficiency and the ground surface quality of TCA titanium alloy were improved significantly under the conditions of ultra-high speed grinding.
