摘要
采用Love Kirchhoff假设及平面应变假设,通过对板料在拉延筋处变形过程的分析,建立了一种用于计算拉延筋阻力的二维拉延筋数值迭代分析模型.该模型不仅考虑了板料厚度变化、材料各向异性、中性层偏移,而且通过引入应变记忆因子构建了一种考虑板料混合强化特性的简易循环加载本构关系.数值计算结果表明,该模型能够有效地反映材料的加工硬化特性及包辛格效应.
A numerical analysis model has been proposed to calculate the drawbead restraining force under the Love-Kirchhoff assumption and the plane strain assumption. This model adequately considered the change of sheet thickness, the anisotropy and the incline of neutral layer. A stress-strain law considering a mixed isotropickinematic harding under cyclic bending was described through the introduction of a strain memory factor to take into account the Bauschinger effect. The values calculated by using this model were compared with experiment ones and the validity of this model was verified.
