基于总线式低压断路器智能控制器的研究与设计

Research of intelligent controller for low voltage circuit breaker based on field bus

摘要 针对智能断路器控制器的技术要求,提出了基于DSP和μs/OS-Ⅱ嵌入式操作系统的总线式低压断路器新型智能控制器的设计思路和实现方案,介绍了嵌入式系统的硬件和软件,阐述了Profibus-DP总线接口模块的设计以及μs/OS-Ⅱ在TMS320LF2407A芯片上的移植问题,最后,进行了该控制器的现场试验。现场试验结果表明,该控制器可靠性高,试验结果达到预期的设计要求,具有广阔的应用前景。 The design and realization of a new intelligent controller for low voltage circuit breaker based on DSP and μs/OS-ll embedded operate system was presented, the design of hardware and software of embedded system were introduced, especially, the design of profibus-DP interface module and transplant from μs/OS-II to TMS320LF2407A were introduced. The results of industrial tests show that the intelligent controller has high reliability, the results of experiment has achieve to anticipation request, and it can be widely applicated.
