摘要
为了改善谐振复位型正激电路副边续流同步整流管的开关工作状态,采用了一种新型的正激电路同步整流的的自驱动方案,该方案通过一个辅助电感的线路,使得续流管的驱动电压能快速建立,从而减少了同步整流管的开关损耗,通过一个40 W的模块电源上的整机试验,表明了该方案能有效地提高谐振复位型正激电路的效率。
Mined to improve the switching condition of secondary synchronous rectifier in the resonant-reset forward converter, using a novel SR self-driving scheme where the secondary dirving voltage was increased to the threshold level quickly by an auxilia ry inductor circuit, the power loss dissipation on the SR was reduced. Based on the 40 W power supply module, the experimental results indicate that the novel solution can effectively improve the efficiency of resonant-reset forward converter.
