摘要
介绍一种基于双向可控硅的延时可控关断电路,其延长时间可以人为设定,并且在延时结束后能够实现电路与电源完全隔离。仿真和实验结果证明,该电路工作良好。
A new isolation delay controllable circuit based on bidirectional diode thyristor was presented, its delay- time can be set by user, and it will be isolated from the power source absolutely when delay finished. The simulation and test result show that this circuit works well.
