摘要
1997年2月，在赴英、法“联网和直流应用”考察中，我们与法国EDF的规划工作者讨论了欧洲联网规划方面的有关问题。本文以西欧UCPTE系统为基点，介绍“扩展后的西欧电网”与其东邻的联网规划，以期对我国的全国联网规划有所参考和借鉴。
During recent visiting to 'UK and France , theinternational connection of power system in Europe has beendiscussed with the engineers of EDF. This paper presents theresearch of the interface between the extended West Europeanpower system and its eastern neighbours, and the intercon-necting structure for the asynchronous interface.
