Aim To provide strategy and theoretical analysis for the urban agglomeration of China in optimizing its eco-spatial structure. Methods The chief method is the comprehensive research on related domestic materials. Results This factor has been summarized into entironment, construction access road building, industry cluster, socio-historical-cultural development and the new economic environment, and their influence on eco-spatial structure of urban agglomeration. Conclusion First, the eco-spatial structure's evolutive process is influenced by a lot of factors together, each influence factor's effect is different under the ifferent space condition. Second, the era of knowledge economy, the nature ecological environment, socio-historical-cultural and the new economic factor that play dominant effect in eco-spatial structure's oplimization and recomloination of the urban agglomeration. However, if make these factors play its effect, they must be based on the traditional traffic road building;weave the lay out and implement, set down the policy and carry out and the industrial cluster. Third, conform the different dynamical mechanism quickly, and then make the eco-spatial structure's the urban agglomeration trend to reasonable step by step, then the economic-social-environment will have a sustainable development of the urban agglomeration, man being and nature" will coexist harmoniously.
