摘要
目的对渭河中下游流域洪水进行数值模拟,建立洪水灾害评价体系。方法以数字高程模型数据为基础,利用GIS技术和相关软件。结果以渭河下游石堤河—罗纹河段为例,模拟出该地区的三维洪水演进和洪水危害区域,并结合水文水情资料,得到洪水预警预报及断面淤积信息。结论渭河中下游流域评估体系具有可行性,可为洪水的预警预报提供可视化研究平台,并可为流域的综合治理及开发提供参考依据。
Aim To make the flood numerical imitation on the middle and lower reaches of Wei River valley, and to build the disaster assessment system. Methods The research is based on the DEM data, and uses GIS and some other related technologies. Results Taking Shidi River-Luowen River which is on the lower reach of Wei River for example, this study imitates the 3D flood developing process and the suffered areas, then combined with the hydrology tiaras,it achieves to get the early warming and siltation information for the flood. Conclusion The valuation system is proved to be feasible through the experiment on the lower reach of Wei River valley, it provides a visual research plate for flood warming;it can give some references and suggestions for the valley comprehensive treatment and development.
