摘要
以油菜小孢子为材料,研究不同浓度的βGlcY对小孢子胚胎发生起始分裂的影响,结果表明,βGlcY对油菜小孢子胚胎发育起始细胞分裂的抑制作用是浓度依赖的行为.βGlcY浓度为50μmol/L时,小孢子的分裂完全受到抑制.细胞学研究发现,βGlcY与AGPs结合后影响了小孢子的活性,推测βGlcY可能诱导了小孢子的程序化死亡.
Experiments were employed to investigate effect of AGPs on embryogenesis in Brassica napus (Topas) cv L. The results showed that the addition of βGIcY notably disturbed microspore embryogenesis in a concentration-dependent manner. The initiation of microspore embryogenesis was clearly inhibited by 30 μmol/L βGlcY and completely inhibited by 50 μmol/L βGlcY. Cytological observation has determined that combination of βGlcY with AGPs clearly influence the viability of microspores, and that βGlcY/AGPs interaction could induce rnicrospore program death. Thus, AGPs appear to play a role in the initiation of Brassica microspore embryogene'sis.
