摘要
本文论述了避雷器放电电流在线测量的可行性,并围绕装置研制过程中的有关问题进行了讨论,尤其针对避雷器放电瞬间高地电位及变电站强干扰等问题进行了研究和处理。本文以装置为主体,对装置设计、材料选择、内部电路的功能实现和完善中的问题进行了研究,对实验室试验及现场运行进行了分析和评述。
The feasibility of on-line measuring the discharge current of lightning arresters is demonstrated in this paper. Some problems about the development of measuring devices for this purpose are discussed. Studies and technical treatments are carried out to overcome the strong interference from substation,especially at the moment of lightning arrester discharging. Studies are also carried out to solve the problems in the design, material selection, circuit realization and improvement of logical functions of the measuring device. Analysis and comment of the results from laboratory tests and the on-site operation of this device for measuring the discharge current of lightning arresters are presented.
