摘要
本文从电流源模型、电压源模型、辩证逻辑和形式逻辑等方面,阐明半导体限流猜想是不正确的。理论分析表明,不仅5m长半导体针的典型限流效果小于2%,而且将来也找不到技术经济上可接受的能限流的半导体器件。
The Semiconductor Multi-rod System is also called Semiconductor Lightning Eliminator.In the respects of electric current source model,electric voltage source model,dialectical logic and formal logic,this paper expounds that guess of restricting lightning current by semiconductor multi-rod system is incorrect. The typical effectiveness fo lightning current restriction by semiconductor multi-rod is less than 2% .It is hardly too much to say that the semiconductor material which can be used to restrict lightning current and can be acceptable both in technology and in economic effect may not by found in future.
