摘要
对于采用两阶段抽样设计的季度调查,构造了一种两层次样本轮换方法.该方法中一级单元的样本轮换模式为14 in,二级单元的样本轮换模式为7 in.该方法既保证了相邻两个季度时二级单元的样本拼配率恒为6/7,又保证了相邻两年相同季度时二级单元的样本拼配率恒为3/7,还保证了一级单元的样本量在轮换过程中保持不变.
A two-layer rotation system is designed for quarterly surveys with two-stage sampling designs. In this system, the rotation patterns for the primary and secondary sampling units are 14 in and 7 in respectively. This system ensures that there are 6/7 and 3/7 common secondary sampling units for the two adjacent quarters and the same quarters of two adjacent years, and also ensures that the sample size for the primary sampling units remain unchanged during rotation process.
