我院对法定报告传染病的督查与防控

Supervision and control of notifiable infectious diseases in this hospital

目的督查我院住院患者传染病的报告情况，了解传染病疫情动态，为防止传染病院内暴发流行与控制提供相关信息。方法采用描述性流行病学及医学统计学分析方法对我院传染病报告疫情进行分析。结果2004年1月～2006年12月传染病报告人数分别占27．41％、28．15％和44．44％，呈逐年上升趋势。其中乙类传染病居首位，占报告发病例数的91．11％；传染病发病率前5位分别是病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、细菌性痢疾和结核性胸膜炎、麻疹占发病总数的93．33％。结论感染管理控制科对急诊住院患者及住院首次确诊传染病患者作为重点监测，并针对血源及性传播疾病、呼吸道传染病、消化道传染病加强了预防消毒与隔离防控，3年期间督查法定传染病的报告、落实防控措施，无发生传染病暴发流行，对法定传染病的督查与防控起到了预防感染的作用。

Objective To supervise the notification of notifiable infectious diseases in inpatients in this hospital, and to know about epidemic characteristics in order to offer relevant infornkation for prevention and control of outbreak and epidemic of infectious diseases in this hospital. Methods The notified data concerning epidemic of infectious diseases in this hospital were analyzed by the methods of descriptive epidemiology and medical statistics. Results From January 2004 to December 2006, the percentages of notified patients with infectious diseases were 27.41% ,28.15% and 44.44% ,respectively.There was a clear increasing trend year by year. Categoriy B infectious diseases occupied the first place in total notified cases （91.11%）.The five infectious diseases top of incidence rates ranking were viral hepatitis, pulmonary tuberculosis, syphilis, bacillary dysentery, and tuberctdar pleurisy, and measles; and they accounted for 93.33 % of total cases. Conclusions The Department of Infection Control focuses on monitoring of emergency inpatients and inpatients first diagnosed as having infectious diseases. It takes preventive sterilization and quarantine measures against blood- berne and sexually transmitted diseases, respiratory and gastrointestinal tract infectious diseases. It supervises the notification of infectious diseases and implements preventive and control measures. There has been no outbreak and epidemic of infectious diseases in this hospital. These measures and work done play positive role in supervision and control of the notifiable infectious diseases.
