摘要
教育管理现象何以可能这一论题包含教育管理现象存在何以可能、认识何以可能和改革何以可能三个方面,涉及到存在论、认识论和价值论三个领域的哲学问题。其中,教育管理现象何以可能是本论题的前提,认识何以可能是本论题的核心,改革何以可能是本论题的目的。教育管理现象的存在成为可能是由人的对象化活动决定的;教育管理现象的认识成为可能,就要克服经验论和唯理论的弊端;教育管理现象的改革之所以可能,是因为教育管理现象本身是运动变化且有一定的规律可循的,这个规律就是教育管理的基本规律和特殊规律。
The topic why education management phenomenon is possible contains three aspects: why the existence of education management phenomenon is possible, why the cognition of education management phenomenon is possible and why the reform of education management phenomenon is possible, which involves philosophy issues of three fields in terms of ontology, epistemology and axiology. That why the existence of education management phenomenon is possible is the premise of this topic, that why the cognition of education management phenomenon is possible is the core of this topic, and that why the reform of education management phenomenon is possible is the objective of this topic. Whether the existence of education management phenomenon become possible or not is up to people's objectificational activity. To make it possible for the cognition of education management phenomenon, we should overcome the drawbacks of empirism and rationalism. The reason that the reform of education management phenomenon is possible is that the educational management phenomenon itself is moving and changing with certain regular law to follow which are the basic laws and special laws of education management.
