对我国研究生培养机制改革现状的思考

Reflection on Status of Graduate Students Cultivation Mechanism Reform in China

2007年在我国部分高校中试行的旨在提高研究生质量的培养机制改革已取得明显成效,但在关于导师资助制和研究生全面收费等改革问题上仍存在不少争议。这些争议,有的是改革自身的不足引起的,有的则是认识偏差导致的。研究表明,导师资助制和研究生全面收费的改革势在必行。导师资助制虽然在国际上已相当普遍,但并非所有的学科专业都要求导师资助;研究生全面收费是实施非义务教育的必然,也是体现成本分担与教育公平理念的重要方面,但目前的收费改革仍不够深入。

The cultivation mechanism reform tried out in some universities in 2007 aiming at improving the quality of graduate students has seen remarkable achievements. However, there are still quite a few disputes regarding the reform issues such as tutor aid system and full-scale charge for graduate students. Some of these disputes are due to the deficiency of the reform itself, some of them are caused by cognitive deviation. The research shows that the reform of tutor aid system and full-scale charge for graduate students is imperative. Although tutor aid system is internationally universal, not all of the disciplines and specialties request tutor aid. The full-scale charge for graduate students is the necessity to implement non-compulsory education, as well as the embodiment of the important aspect of cost sharing and educational equity concept. However, the current charging reform is not thorough.
