A Study on the Development of University Teacher Team in Recent Two Decades in China

20世纪80年代中期以来,伴随教育体制改革的全面启动,我国高等教育经历了一个由平稳发展到快速发展的过程。经过二十多年的发展,我国高校教师队伍建设取得了重要成就,但仍存在一些问题。为了适应未来高等教育发展的需要,高校教师队伍建设应当在保持规模适度增大的同时,大力提高教师队伍质量;拓展师资来源渠道,强力吸引来自海内外的高层次人才;加强师资培训,着力提高教师队伍整体素质和教学能力;进一步推进劳动人事分配制度改革,活化高校师资人力资源配置。

Since the middle 1980s, with the overall start of educational system reform, higher education in China has seen an experience from steady development to rapid development. The construction of university teacher team has achieved significant achievements in China during the last two decades, but there are still some problems. In order to satisfy the demand of higher education development in the future, in the process of university teacher team construction, we should vigorously improve the quality of teacher team while remaining the moderate increase of the scale, strongly attract the high level talents home and abroad, strengthen the teacher training to emphatically improve the overall quality and teaching ability of teacher team, as well as further push forward the labor personnel distribution system reform to activate the human resources deployment of university teachers.
