摘要
以北海道野生梅花鹿(Cervus nippon yesoensis)的附睾为材料,初步探讨不同降温处理方法,即急速降温处理法(降温速度为4.20℃/min)与缓慢降温处理法(降温速度为0.21℃/min)对附睾尾部精子冷冻保存的影响。结果表明:两种降温处理方法对附睾尾精子降温、平衡及冷冻解冻后的精子活率、畸形率和顶体完整率等指标的影响无明显的差异(P>0.05)。
This experiment had regarded the epididymis sperm of Cervus Nippon yesoensis as the subject to preliminarily investigate the influence of different methods of decreasing temperature treatment, namely fast decreasing temperature treatment (with the decreasing temperature speed of 4.20℃/min) and low decreasing temperature treatment (with the decreasing temperature speed of 0.21℃/min) on cryopreserration of epididymis caudal sperm . The results showed that two methods of decreasing temperature treatment had no obvious different influence on the indexes such as temperature reduction of epididymis caudal sperm, survival rate, malformation rate and acrosome intact rate of sperms after being balanced and thawed ( P 〉 0.05).
