异地饲养羊驼血清生化指标的测定

摘要 为探讨地域变迁对羊驼血清学的影响,对12月龄以上成年公母羊驼和2~12月龄幼羊驼血清主要生化指标进行测定。结果表明:成年公母羊驼间血清钠、氯化物和二氧化碳结合力的含量有显著差异(P〈0.05);成幼羊驼间血清钠、总蛋白、球蛋白、无机磷含量有显著差异(P〈0.05);与澳大利亚羊驼比较,血清尿素、肌肝和磷值变化较大,而总蛋白、白蛋白和球蛋白含量都在已报道值范围的下限值左右,而白球比较大。说明不同地域环境对羊驼血清学影响较大。 A few of serum biochemical indexes were determlnated in male and female alpacas aged over 12 months and 2 to 12 months. The results were as follows: there were significant differences between the male and female alpacas in Na, C1 and CO2 CP( P 〈 0.05). There were significant differences between the adult and immature alpacas in Na, TP, P, Urea( P 〈 0.05), Cr and P have a big change and TP, Alb or TLO were at the floor level of these reported parameters in Australia. In addition to, A/G is a big ratio. Ca, Mg, GIX) and Alb were on the contrary.
