獭兔出血性败血症病原菌的分离与药敏试验

Isolation of Pasteurella multocida from Otter Rabbit and Drug Sensitive Test

从新乡地区某獭兔养殖场发病死亡兔的脑、心血、肝、脾等脏器中分离病原菌,经形态学检查、生化试验、动物试验,分离菌被鉴定为兔多杀性巴氏杆菌。药敏试验结果表明:分离菌株对磺胺六甲氧嘧啶和头孢噻呋两种药物敏感。

A strain of bacterium was isolated from brain, heart - blood, liver and spleen of affected or dead rabbit from some rabbit farms in Xinxiang. The morphology observation, biochemical and animal test showed that the strain was identified to be Pasteurella multocida. The result of antibiotic sensitivity test showed the isolate was more sensitive to Sulfamonomethoxine and Ceftiofur Sodium than the others.
