摘要
从客户需求的实际出发,科学设计物流服务评价指标体系;应用AHP法构建企业物流服务评价模型,结合专家意见法,对自身物流服务水平进行量化考核和评价,提升客户满意度。
From the point of customer demand, the paper designs scientifically the evaluation sign system of logistics service. Applying AHP Method to construct logistics service evaluation mode combined with experts'proposal, to evaluate the level of own logistics service, and to improve the degree of customer's satisfaction.
