摘要
运用实证研究方法对高新技术企业知识员工的主导需要进行了调查分析,调查结果表明,目前我国知识员工的前三位主导需要依次为个体成长与发展、薪酬奖金和业务成就,而且知识员工的主导需要因年龄和学历水平不同而表现出一定的差异性。总体上,随着年龄的增长和学历水平的提高,知识员工的第一主导需要将逐步由薪酬奖金转向个人成长与发展以及业务成就。为此,我国知识员工的激励策略应该是薪酬激励、授权激励、目标激励和权变激励。
An empirical study is conducted to investigate the main demands of knowledge workers in Hi - tech enterprises, and the results show that knowledge workers'top three main demands are growth ( development ) , salar'y and achievement, and that their main demands are different with their different age and education levels. Generally, knowledge workers'first demand change from salary to growth and then from growth to achievement, as they age and their education levels improve. Therefore, the motivation strategies for knowledge workers of our country are salary motivation, work motivation, objective motivation and contingency motivation.
