半导体消雷器研究中的一些疑点

SOME DOUBTFUL POINTS IN THE RESEARCH OF THE SEMICONDUCTOR LIGHTNING ELIMINATOR

本文分析了华中电管局调度大楼落雷数据为上行地闪所致，不能作为限流根据；论证了半导体消雷针在闪络后将产生弧光放电而不能限流；指出了半导体消雷技术仍是一种研究中的技术。

The data of lightning stroke on the main building of Central China Electric Power Administration Bureau (CCPEAB) are analyzed, the most data are ascending strokes, so it cannot be regard as the prover of the current limitation. It is expounded and proved that when flashover occurs, an arc discharge will happen and the current limitation effect of the semiconductor lightning eliminator will be failed. The semiconductor lightning eliminator is still a technique being studied.
