我国“赌球”的历史渊源、现状及其治理对策

Origin and Status Quo of and Solution to Our "Football Gambling"

以文献研究为主要方法,从"赌球"的概念与方法引入,通过对我国"赌球"历史渊源、演进历程、现状及特点的回顾与分析,指出我国的"赌球"业已在职业联赛中存在,并造成了较大的社会危害。为此,提出应建立由公安部门牵头,足协和俱乐部积极参与,多部门协作的反赌球专门机构,进行"禁"、"堵"、"疏"、"导"的综合治理。

By means of literature review, this article starts with the introduction to the concept and method of football gambling. Through retrospection and analysis of the origin, evolution, status quo and feature of our football gambling, this article proposes the comprehensive solution of banning, blocking, easing and guiding football gambling with the police department being the leading force, and football associations and clubs as well as special agencies being the active force.
