the Critique of Hegel＇s Philosophy of Right is a very important work in Marx＇s early intellectual development. It is the grounding of Marx＇s transformation and creation of philosophical viewpoint of the world. However, for a long period the academic circles both home and abroad have not paid much attention to this text, so it is necessary for us to revaluate this work, to reestimate its historical position and current significance. The new reading on this work is a creation for the traditional research history of Marx, and it will provide root and origin to the whole study of Marx＇s philosophy. Furthermore, it will show the twofold relationships - inheritance and transcendence-between Marx＇s philosophical thoughts and the tradition of western political philosophy. It offers important theoretical resources for China＇s reform and opening -up and even the reform of political system.
