摘要
理想人格范式是教育活动的逻辑起点。教育要培养怎样的人随社会经济—政治—文化等的变迁而变化。中国古代社会是农业经济社会,伦理与政治的双重建构决定了教育必须培养"君子儒"与其相适应,突出了教育"善"的一维;近现代中国为实现工业化,要求培养"技术人"来承担历史使命,展示了教育"智"的一维的合理性与优先性;21世纪,为了建设一个和谐的新社会,教育必须走向新的超越,培养"智""善"融合的"和合人"。
Image of ideal people is the logic starting point of education. It changes with Society' s economy, politics, culture etc. Chinese ancient society is agricultural economy one, double construction of ethics and politics has decided to educate the confucian who fit with it, and stress on" moral" aspect. In modern society, for Industry's economy transformation and industrialization, we need to cultivate technical people by education, and so education is technical. In 21 centuries, in order to resolve the time's crisis and construct a new harmonious society, education need bear the new historic mission and make great efforts to cultivate harmonious man.
