摘要美国联邦大学生助学贷款,是美国政府推动美国高等教育发展和科学技术进步的重要手段,也是美国联邦教育投资的最重要的部分。40余年来,美国联邦助学贷款取得了重要的成就,也有挫折和失误。研究美国联邦助学贷款的发生、发展及变革中的经验教训,对于正在大力发展大学生助学贷款事业的中国有着重要的参考价值。
