东部沿海地区经济增长溢出效应的实证分析

Empirical Study on Spillover Effect of East Coastal Region in China

利用区域间投入产出表的基本流量数据,采用Miller-Round模型测算了东部沿海地区的区域内乘数效应及其与国内各区域相互溢出效应。结果显示,东部沿海对国内其他区域的溢出效应大,发挥着引领全国经济的火车头作用;从国内其他区域获得的溢出效应更大,在区际经济联系中得到更大的收益;外溢效应更多被中部和北部沿海、南部沿海地区所吸收,对经济落后的西北、西南区域的溢出效应较小,但是西北、西南区域对东部沿海地区的溢出效应却较大。

Based on the multiregional IOT of 8 regions, this paper takes Miller-Round model to analyze the intraregional multiplier effect of east coastal region and the interregional spillover effect between the east coastal region and other 7 regions in China. The result shows that the development of the east coastal region has strong spillover effect to other 7 regions in China, and also has very strong spillover effect from other 7 regions in China. As to the east coastal region, the spillover effect from western regions is strong, but it is very weak to other regions.
