摘要
介绍一种用于柴油机共轨系统的高压泵流量控制装置,利用液力系统仿真软件Hydsim和Mat-lab仿真软件Simulink联合建立高压共轨系统的仿真模型,制定共轨腔压力闭环控制策略,分析单向阀结构对共轨压力波动特性的影响。
A new flow-control valve used in the high pressure common rail system was introduced. The model of the high-pressure common rail fuel system was created with the simulation software of HYDSIM and MATLAB/Simulink. The close-loop control strategy was assigned for the common rail pressure. The influence of check valve in common rail system upon the pressure stability was discussed.
