摘要 为了验证在船舶轴系设备上应用阻尼材料垫片降低、隔离轴系振动向船体传递的效果,通过试验测量和仿真计算的方法对一组含有树脂基阻尼材料垫片的尾支撑轴承的振动特性进行了分析,结果表明,在中高频段范围内,该种结构具有较好的减振效果。 In order to verify the damping effect of the damping material cushion in the equipment of ship's shafting reducing and isolating the vibration transmission from the shafting to the hull, the dynamic responses of the propulsive shafting with a cushion, which is made of the resin matrix composite, installed on the bearing were analyzed by testing and simulation. The results of experiment and calculation showed that the resin matrix composite cushion has excellent damping performance in the range of medium high frequency.
