摘要 根据船用辅锅炉系统的控制要求,应用三维力控组态软件和PLC、智能仪表等硬件技术对船用辅锅炉控制系统进行改造,开发一套全运行工况,精度适中、界面逼真直观的船用锅炉仿真系统,除了达到实船的控制要求外,系统可以通过PLC总线系统进行扩充。 Based on control request of marine auxiliary boiler, the control system of the marine auxiliary boiler was redesigned by using the ForceControl software and PLC, together with the intelligent instruments. A rational and reliable simulation system for the marine auxiliary boiler was developed to fit the control requirements for every operation case. The system can be also used as the supplement for the PLC bus.
