摘要
大中型建设项目的方案优选,是涉及社会、经济、环境等多因素、多层次的综合技术经济评价问题。文中提出了综合评价的模糊层次分析方法,建立了数学模型并开发了求解模型的软件包。权重的确定采用层次与德尔菲相结合的方法,定量指标隶属度的确定采用隶属函数法,定性指标隶属度的确定采用模糊统计法。模型求解的结果是定量求出各方案的综合隶属度,据此确定各方案的优劣性。
The optimization of planning scheme of large construction projects,is a problem of comprehensive evaluation concerned with social,economical,environmental and other factors. In the paper the fuzzy and hierarchy processsynthetic analysis method of comprehensive evaluation is derived, the mathematic model is established and the software of solving the model is developed.The determination of weight use a method which combine analytical hierarchyprocess with Delphi. The membership degree of quantitative index is determined by the method of membership function and the membership degree ofqualitative index is determined by the method of fuzzy statistics. The result ofsolving the model is that comprehensive target of every scheme has been quantitatively derived.
