加强环境信息采集能力,提高环境管理现代化水平,实现环境监察手段和环境管理从常规向自动化、信息化转变,建设环境自动监控系统已成为趋势。本文就安徽省环境自动监控系统的设计思路、系统架构和软件主要功能模块的实现进行了系统阐述。

It is a tendency to strengthen the gathering ability of environmental information, raise the environmental management modernization level, realize the environmental monitoring method and transform the environmental management from normal model to the automatic and informational pattern, then construct the environment automatic monitoring system. This article focus on the design mentality, the system construction and realization of the software major function module of t.he Anhui Province environment automatic monitoring system.
