发展对外直接投资已成为目前我国经济发展的重要内容,本文用几个典型的对外投资理论从不同角度分析了我国对外直接投资的主体选择问题,并提出了主体培育应以市场选择为主,政府积极扶持为辅的看法。

The development of foreign direct investment in China has become an important part of economic development,this paper takes a few examples of foreign investment theory to analyze that who should do China's foreign direct investment,and concludes that market would have the main choice,the government does the supplementary.
