根据数值计算的需要，本文分析和阐明了复对称矩阵在数学上的几个尚未明确的问题，包括条件数、三对角化、因式分解、ＣＢＣＧ法和ＩＣ－ＣＢＣＧ法中矩阵的特征值等，为工程数值计算提供了理论依据。

In this paper,some mathematical aspects of complex symmetric matrix are deduced and analysed for the requirement of numerical calculation,including the condition number,tridiagonalization,matrix factorization,the eigenvalues in CBCG method and IC-CBCG methodSome theoretical bases are given
